Clint is originally from Versailles, MO and moved with his family to Lawrence in 1979 and has remained in the Lawrence area ever since. Clint graduated from Baldwin High School in 1990 and earned his college degree from the University of Kansas in 1995.
Since earning his insurance license in 2005, Clint has helped companies, large and small, families and individuals evaluate their risk and protect their assets and livelihoods. Clint achieved his Certified WorkComp Advisor (CWCA) designation in 2014.
Clint and his family live in rural Douglas County, Kansas. He is the oldest of nine children, plays guitar and enjoys quality family time.
Sarah grew up in Topeka and graduated from Washburn Rural High School. While attending Baker University Sarah was a member of the women’s golf team, during which time she earned All-American honors twice and was named an All-America Scholar-Athlete. Sarah graduated with a Bachelors degree in Sociology.
Sarah followed in her father’s and grandfather’s footsteps entering the insurance industry in May 2003. Sarah achieved the Certified Insurance Counselors designation in 2006 and became a Certified WorkComp Advisor in 2014.
Sarah and her husband have two children and enjoy working outdoors, playing golf, beekeeping and gardening.
Caj graduated from Baldwin High School in 2007. In the spring of 2011 he completed his major course work in biology and obtained a minor in mathematics at Ottawa University, where he participated in cross country, track & field and one year of basketball. He was an All-American scholar-athlete, three-time All-Conference 800m runner and a three-time KCAC Champion of Character recipient. He also received the “Mr. OU” award bestowed by the faculty and staff.
Caj had an internship with Northwestern Mutual Financial Services and worked part-time as an order filler at the Walmart Distribution Center in Ottawa, KS before joining IMI in March, 2012. Caj earned his Certfied WorkComp Specialist designation in 2014 and his Certified Insurance Service Representative designation in 2015.
Caj enjoys time with family, playing on the church worship band and writing music.
For 5 years, Devin has been working in customer service. He was in charge of purchasing for the book distribution company, Western International. There he first discovered his love for helping people and has been doing so ever since.
Devin grew up in Neodesha, Kansas where he graduated from Neodesha High in 2008. Devin was a member of many sporting and extracurricular activities including; football, basketball, track, forensics and the Chess Club. He has one younger brother who is studying to become a marine biologist and his parents live in Tulsa, OK working in the aviation industry.
Devin lives with three roommates in Lawrence and has a passion for frisbee golf and KU basketball. He also dabbles in online gaming with his friends.
Charlie Upton is Executive Director of the Health & Benefits Division at Integrity Midwest Insurance, LLC and was hired March 2015. Charlie works with HR managers and owners of various sized companies assisting with employee benefit plans, including group health, dental, disability, and life insurance and specializing in Health Care Reform, individual coverage and benefit consulting.
Charlie received his BA Degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas. Charlie began his business, HR Benefits, Inc. in 2009 and has been working in the employee benefit industry since 1997. Charlie’s previous work history includes radio and television advertising sales in the Lawrence, KS area.
When Charlie is not working with his clients and prospective clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and two dogs.
Kelsey comes to Integrity Midwest from the financial industry. For 6 years she held various customer service roles with as Branch Manager for Central Bank of the Midwest in Eudora. Kelsey graduated from Brown Mackie College in 2010 with an Associates Degree in General Business. She enjoys building relationships and serving her clients.
She also enjoys living and being involved in the Eudora community. Kelsey and her son have been living in Eudora for several years now. On the weekends Kelsey likes to go fishing or spend time with family and friends.
Wesley grew up in Lawrence and graduated from Free State High School. After gaining his Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Kansas, Wesley worked as an Estimator and Customer Service Representative for Printing Solutions in North Lawrence. When a unique opportunity was presented to him, Wesley lived in Malaysia in 2016 while participating in a Discipleship Training School through his church. After returning to the U.S. in 2017, Wesley started working as a sales professional at Briggs Automotive where he was a certified representative of Jeep and Ram. After deciding to return to customer service Wesley joined the IMI team in 2018 as a Commercial Account Manager.
In his free time Wesley enjoys playing music, hanging out with friends, playing board/video games, and spending time with family. Wesley has a passion for Jayhawk Basketball, playing sports, and eating delicious food. Also active in Rev City Church, Wesley values building relationships in community and helping those in need.
Haley joined Integrity Midwest in June of 2019 as a Personal Insurance Account Manager. She grew up in Eudora, KS and graduated from Eudora High school where she was involved in Basketball, Volleyball, Track, Choir and Student Counsel.
Upon graduation, Haley went on to work in long term care for a few years while she was going to school for nursing. After having kids she was introduced to the insurance industry and loved that it allowed her to be home for holidays and weekends and dove into it!
Haley married her high school sweetheart and they have two children, Parker and Kaydence, and one furry friend Jake who is 10 years old. She coaches her children’s soccer and basketball teams and her husband coaches baseball and football. They are either at the ball field or on the court most of the time. Haley and her family love being part of the community that Haley grew up in and raising their kids in Eudora. She enjoys cooking, hanging out with friends, and hosting gatherings at their new home. Haley and her best friend have started a small business and create glitter tumblers with decals in their free time.
