Clint is originally from Versailles, MO and moved with his family to Lawrence in 1979 and has remained in the Lawrence area ever since. Clint graduated from Baldwin High School in 1990 and earned his college degree from the University of Kansas in 1995.
Since earning his insurance license in 2005, Clint has helped companies, large and small, families and individuals evaluate their risk and protect their assets and livelihoods. Clint achieved his Certified WorkComp Advisor (CWCA) designation in 2014.
Clint and his family live in rural Douglas County, Kansas. He is the oldest of nine children, plays guitar and enjoys quality family time.
Sarah grew up in Topeka and graduated from Washburn Rural High School. While attending Baker University Sarah was a member of the women’s golf team, during which time she earned All-American honors twice and was named an All-America Scholar-Athlete. Sarah graduated with a Bachelors degree in Sociology.
Sarah followed in her father’s and grandfather’s footsteps entering the insurance industry in May 2003. Sarah achieved the Certified Insurance Counselors designation in 2006 and became a Certified WorkComp Advisor in 2014.
Sarah and her husband have two children and enjoy working outdoors, playing golf and gardening.
Caj graduated from Baldwin High School in 2007. In the spring of 2011 he completed his major course work in biology and obtained a minor in mathematics at Ottawa University, where he participated in cross country, track & field and one year of basketball. He was an All-American scholar-athlete, three-time All-Conference 800m runner and a three-time KCAC Champion of Character recipient. He also received the “Mr. OU” award bestowed by the faculty and staff.
Caj had an internship with Northwestern Mutual Financial Services and worked part-time as an order filler at the Walmart Distribution Center in Ottawa, KS before joining IMI in March, 2012. Caj earned his Certfied WorkComp Specialist designation in 2014 and his Certified Insurance Service Representative designation in 2015.
Caj enjoys time with family, playing on the church worship band and writing music.
Chad gained his customer service experience in his 10 years of sales in the construction industry where he learned to pair the resources of the market with his clients needs, both individual and small business. With the opportunity to change his field of focus from construction to financial in 2009, he applied that same passion to listen and evaluate the best investment vehicles to accomplish client goals. Chad worked as a Financial Advisor for a local independent investment firm, Great Plains Financial Group.
In August of 2012 Chad decided to bring his talents and resources to the insurance industry where he feels blessed to serve Integrity Midwest Insurance. In 2014, Chad graduated from the Institute of WorkComp Professionals with a Certified WorkComp Advisor certification.
A Lawrence resident since 1994 where he attended Lawrence High, Chad met and married his best friend and high school sweetheart, Renate’. They have four children, Hunter, Georgia Bree, Gehrig and Skylar. Seasonal sports keep him busy, both playing and coaching. Investing in young people through the discipline and rewards of sports led him to participate with the local ministry, “Called to Greatness”. The family is active in various aspects of the community and members of Morning Star Church where they are challenged to grow in their faith and live out the Gospel.
For 5 years, Devin has been working in customer service. He was in charge of purchasing for the book distribution company, Western International. There he first discovered his love for helping people and has been doing so ever since.
Devin grew up in Neodesha, Kansas where he graduated from Neodesha High in 2008. Devin was a member of many sporting and extracurricular activities including; football, basketball, track, forensics and the Chess Club. He has one younger brother who is studying to become a marine biologist and his parents live in Tulsa, OK working in the aviation industry.
Devin lives with three roommates in Lawrence and has a passion for frisbee golf and KU basketball. He also dabbles in online gaming with his friends.
Charlie Upton is Executive Director of the Health & Benefits Division at Integrity Midwest Insurance, LLC and was hired March 2015. Charlie works with HR managers and owners of various sized companies assisting with employee benefit plans, including group health, dental, disability, and life insurance and specializing in Health Care Reform, individual coverage and benefit consulting.
Charlie received his BA Degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas. Charlie began his business, HR Benefits, Inc. in 2009 and has been working in the employee benefit industry since 1997. Charlie’s previous work history includes radio and television advertising sales in the Lawrence, KS area.
When Charlie is not working with his clients and prospective clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and two dogs.
Amanda joined Integrity Midwest in 2015 with over 8 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. Her prior insurance roles have included personal lines underwriting as well as personal and commercial account management. Amanda has been a commercial account manager since 2012. She enjoys helping clients with all of their commercial insurance needs so they can focus on other aspects of their business.Amanda is a KU alumna, holding a degree in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Business Communications. She has also earned several insurance professional designations:

Certified Insurance Service Representative (2014)
Certified WorkComp Specialist (2015).
When she is not working, Amanda enjoys yoga and studying about nutrition and fitness. She is married to the amazing Jeremiah, and together they are raising a wonderful son and two English bulldogs.
Kelsey comes to Integrity Midwest from the financial industry. For the past 6 years she has held various customer service roles with her most recent position being Branch Manager for Central Bank of the Midwest in Eudora. Kelsey graduated from Brown Mackie College in 2010 with an Associates Degree in General Business. She enjoys building relationships and serving her clients.
She also enjoys living and being involved in the Eudora community. Kelsey, her husband, and 6 year old son have been living in Eudora for several years now. On the weekends Kelsey likes to go fishing or spend time with family and friends.
